We’re excited to announce that George is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support multiple projects across Black River Crystal, Let’s Grow NEO, and other ongoing business and light tech work. If you’re organized, reliable, and eager to learn, this is a unique opportunity to grow with us.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying ahead of details, and keeping projects moving smoothly behind the scenes.
There are a lot of things listed here but don't get overwhelmed. This is starting part time, so there is no way to do all this part time.
📌 What You’ll Be Doing
You will provide support across all three areas:
Black River Crystal
Replying to customer inquiries
Assisting with scheduling, events, and in-shop communications
Helping with basic social media tasks (posting updates, sharing events, organizing photos)
Let’s Grow NEO
Coordinating nonprofit communication
Managing calendars and outreach efforts
Light social posting for community updates
Supporting marketing and community engagement tasks
Other Business & Tech Workflow - Neobiz Ventures
Calendar management
Booking and confirming meetings
Email replies and follow-ups
Ensuring deadlines and tasks don’t slip through the cracks
Light travel coordination
General administrative support
Helping upload or schedule simple posts across social platforms
This role starts manageable, with responsibilities expanding as you become more comfortable. Part time rol.
📱 Social Media Responsibilities (Simple & Supportive)
You don’t need to be a social media expert — but you should be comfortable with:
Uploading photos
Posting pre-written updates
Copy/pasting content to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Helping George and Becky stay consistent with updates
Light organizing of content (photos, notes, links)
You will not be responsible for strategy — just assisting with keeping things active and running smoothly.
📚 Social Media Learning (Valuable Skillset)
You’ll also gain hands-on experience with:
Social media scheduling tools
Basic content workflows
Branding fundamentals
Light graphics and image prep (optional but available to learn)
Audience engagement basics
How social ties into CRM and marketing automation
These skills are extremely useful in today’s business world — especially when combined with the marketing tech you’ll be learning.
⏰ Hours & Flexibility
We’re looking for 5–10 hours a week to start, with room to increase over time.
This position is:
Mostly remote
Flexible, especially for people with part-time availability
Hands-on, but easy to grow into
If you have a full-time job, the workload may be too much; but if you’re looking to add meaningful part-time work with room to grow, this could be a great fit.
